Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms

Brad+Vanessa came highly recommended but we had the worst experience. Unprofessional and sloppy. Warning: do not let their electricians (Summit) into your home! They offered to redo the tile job in the bathroom because the charcoal grout was bleeding all over the white tile. In the process of removing the grout many new tiles were grazed with the dremel tool. Brad said the tiler did a bad job because she was too hot because the heat could not be controlled which was because workers who were doing the drywall downstairs and broken the wire between the heat and thermostat upstairs. Brad tried to say thermostat was old but it had been replaced 2yrs prior and repairmen confirmed a broken wire. The tile job was also very uneven and tub was not level and had to be re-installed. The work they did for us was sloppy. They were very hard on our house with no respect for the older details and damaging wood detail and leaving the floors in worse condition. I do not have room to list all.

A positive, affirming, affordable team from beginning to end. I’ve now worked on several specific projects with them, and I’m more impressed each time. We are in the final stages of my bathroom renovation before starting ANOTHER project, and I’m really happy. It’s hard to find quality PEOPLE doing consistently high quality WORK in the Catskills…but I found them!

Overall an very good experience with Super King. Brad and Vanessa are responsive and thorough in their communication. Brad undertook a some pretty tricky siding replacement and built skirting around our cabin. Looks fantastic.

Super king was very easy to work with. They sent me photos of the finished project. The price was reasonable considering it was for material snd labor. They were always available by phone and email contact and followup even occurred by Vanessa in the evening. If I have another project I would definitely consider them.
