"I have to admit, I was really disappointed with my overall experience. I was told that I could one time do a reimbursement. First off, why would you do that if you have already paid for service?!?! Then it took almost a week to get some one to address my situation. Now, I do realize that it does take time to get things rolling, but a week?? The gentleman that came to do the work was knowledgeable, but he didn't want to work with he Google representative to make sure that my NEST was/wasn't working properly. He was very short with the rep. and after several minutes of debating with him finally gave in and addressed both of our concerns. The other concern I had was, I was told that I would not have to pay anything this time, because of the delay, yet the rep. said I owed $65.00. He showed me the data he had and sure enough it said that I owed $65.00. Why, would a rep. from your own company tell me this and then turn around and not honor it?!?!? I sure hope that it doesn't take that long to get service the next time, that I need to have something done. What ever happened to customer service?? REALLY DISSSAPPOINTED!!!"

"i can't say enough about Justin, he was respectful, efficient answered all our questions and helped us through the entire project to get the look we where envisioning- He removed old insulation and ceiling tiles in kitchen Replaced with new insulation and drywall, install canless recessed lighting, fixed lazy Susan, tightened up threshold on main entrance door, installed pine trim molding around windows, seal cellar entrance from outside- we have counter tops and sink on order and will install when they come in- Special shout out to one of his worker's- who customized a eye sore in our old kitchen and created a beautiful pine food pantry- from it- I would recommend him - he's there every day and works hard with his crew to get things done . He was very respectful of my elderly mother and hung plastic barrier up also to help cut back on the dust through the house. which was very much appreciated. He has also helped us move, and snow plows for us - we have been very pleased and his prices are reasonable"

"As a disabled homeowner on a fixed and limited income, I am dependent on the professionalism and workmanship from quality contractors who I can trust. Finding someone who was willing to work on a small repair to the cupola of my steep roof was proving to be a challenge until I found Chris Marshall on Angie's List. When I contacted Chris he came to my home the very same day to give me a firm estimate so that I could budget for this repair before winter. His estimate was fair and complete. He was very friendly and personable but what impressed me most was how thorough he was in explaining how he would repair the cupola. His detailed explanation made me feel confident I would not have to make more repairs for years to come. Chris was very prompt about answering my questions and returning my calls to schedule the project. Chris understood the urgency of repairing this portion of my roof before winter weather arrived. On the first sunny day that I had room my schedule, he arrived promptly at 3 p.m. as we agreed because I wanted to be here while he worked. I was impressed with how efficiently he completed this project. Within an hour and 20 minutes Chris and his helper we're able to remove the existing shingles, nails and debris from the cupola. He installed new ice and water shield barrier and new architectural shingles and finished it off with ridge caps and replaced my original weather vane. More importantly every piece of debris was removed and picked up so I didn't have to clean up nails or broken shingles. I could not believe how carefully and quickly they worked as a team to get this job done. I am so relieved that this part of my roof is repaired. I have programmed his number in my phone for any of my home contracting needs. And he will be the first contractor I call for any future jobs that I have. I would not hesitate to refer him to any of my family or friends. His prices are fair. He is trustworthy. He is efficient and thorough.
