"We shopped and spoke with many "facade restoration experts" before choosing to work with High Tech and we are so glad we did our research. Shaiful was by far the most knowledgeable contractor we spoke with and made us feel confident that he was capable of solving our issues.  When it was clear that there was no saving our original cornice, he offered up more than one suitable way forward. We decide to let his crew re-create the original piece from stone. The work they did left us with a beautiful and artistic facade the functions well in collecting rain water from the roof. The crew was respectful, clean and on time. They went above and beyond all of our expectations in touching up every minor detail so that the whole front of the house was left looking brand new. We could not be happier. Our home looks better than we could have imagined. I recommend High Tech Construction with no hesitation.

"I found JT Concrete a very competent and capable company with competitive and reasonable rates.  The owner, Justin Traver, is a very professional and experienced tradesman.  He was very prompt in giving an estimate, returning phone calls, scheduling and keeping me informed on all aspects of the project.  I appreciated the fact that he wanted the job to be done in the best way possible.  For example, he up-graded to a more expensive product needed to insure a proper job on a problem that could not have been foreseen at the time of the estimate.  But - he did not "up-grade" the contract price.  This was appreciated as well as was his professionalism and work ethic. I would not hesitate to use JT Concrete again.

"Had some difficulty getting the painter to finish the job. I had a one sf section of ceiling that had previous water damage. The paint did not cover well and he tried to fix it. When it dried, he did not want to initially come back to fix it. Certainly Pro sent him out again and he sanded it, but left it to me to give it two coats of paint. He provided the paint, I did the labor (20 minutes) and I still paid full price. But it looks good. If I had not this issue, I would have given a higher rating. They were also suppose to show up on a Monday morning. Got a call later that night saying they would be there the next day. Not starting off on the right foot."
