"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

One of the most often heard complaints I have had from my clients is that past designers have not listened to what they want or need in their homes or spaces. Many designers think that only the designer knows what is best, so they push forward with their ideas. However, balance needs to be exercised due to the fact that this is also their clients home-not just a show piece for them to publish. My goal is to create a custom space for my client, in that way they have something that no one else has, a space based on inspiration all their own.\nWhat To Expect:\nEvery project begins with the initial consultation: (1) I meet you at your home or the location where the design will take shape. (2) I listen to what you want out of the space; what it will be used for, likes and dislikes, lifestyle and taste. (3) I take detailed measurements and submits them to my subs. \n
