After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. If you’re planning a move, ask for Rico and Reyes by name. They went above and beyond, and I want their team to know what a fantastic job they did. "On the morning of the move they showed up an hour earlier which was fine. They started moving things once everything was loaded in the truck we are told how much they are charging us for them wrapping big items for transport which was fine we knew they had a packing fee. But then we are being told we have to pay for fuel, at the initial walk through weeks prior we were told we didn?t have to pay for fuel. They took the fuel charge off but then charged us $138 for tolls which was insane from CT to PA and then they took a hour lunch break and put it down as a extra hour of drive so we had to pay for 4 hours extra. Our final number increased by $1000 dollars, we knew the original number was just an estimate but for the final number to increase by $1000 is insane. "

"Their price was the best and I was skeptical after reading other reviews where people said they increased the price upon arrival. I inquired about this and my sales rep said this is usually for additional items not included in the quote, which makes sense. As I was packing I called Aaron to add things so there were no surprises at the cost of my move. The guys showed up on time and drove my furniture to my elderly parents' house in Delaware, where they kindly set up the bed at no extra charge. Aaron was wonderful and responsive the whole time. Will definitely be using them again and highly recommend."

"Updated: This company is horrible. They ruined all of my furniture and some intentional. They didn't have anyone to come fix it. They said that even if the truck caught on fire, I will receive $300 for all of my belongings from them. This is not a moral company and not one to trust. If you care about your belongings, don't trust them."

"Perfectly Fast Moving is dishonest, manipulative, and flat-out unprofessional. The price doubled the night before the move. Then they tried to raise it again when they arrived. They pushed hard for cash only and no documentation. Their workers demanded a tip before leaving. And here?s the part that really disgusted me: They acted like my final price and their ?favor? depended on me giving them a 5-star review. It felt like strong-arming. Based on what I saw, it seems like the way they get any positive reviews is by pressuring customers during the move or trying to charge more money to get rid of complaints. This wasn?t a misunderstanding ? it was a pattern. I would never recommend them to anyone."

"When the movers arrived on November 15 to load the truck, they did not take everything that was agreed-upon to take with my original contract. They took things that we re not supposed to go. They did not give me an itemized list of what they took I have no way of contacting them since they left my home with the furniture I was told I had to pay almost double what my original contract was for although they said I went approximately 100 ft.³ over they agreed upon space they proceed to charge me nearly 80% more than what I originally agreed to demanded that I give them $2000 at pick up. All I had was 1600 and gave them every penny I had in my pocket They left without giving me my itemized list. I don t even know what they have on the truck and a number of items were left behind that was on the list to be picked up. The driver who seems to be the one in charge was very unprofessional, and in my opinion, very disrespectful and his communication skills. One of the workers stated to me and my wife that he did not understand why he was doing the things the way he was packing things on the truck the way he was that it made no sense. I m not sure what he meant by that but I definitely feel I was way overcharged please I beg you for help. I m on disability. I m relocating for health reasons and I need help please. I basically live off disability, and I can t afford to be overcharged and taken advantage of. I totally feel that this is happening in this particular situation."

"Initially, Eli and the movers did a good job packing up the items, for the interstate move. There was a little confusion on the delivery date, which Eli assisted. However, two items were damaged in the move- a couch and bookshelf and the movers scammed me with an elevator charge of $300 (which was never discussed and wondered if the 2 movers would have preferred the 4 flights of stairs instead). Also, the movers used my bathroom and who clearly did not wash their hands. I relayed all of this to Eli via email, along with pictures of the damaged items. I was promised that the damaged items were submitted for insurance, back in January and that I should wait 3 months. It is now July. 3 emails and one call later, I have heard nothing and will be submitting to small claims for the damaged items to recoup."
