"From the initial phone call to the completion of the job Quality 1st provided top notch professional service. A couple points which makes this easy to write. Communication is key whether in person or via telephone and Q1 was exceptional in this regard at every point. Telephone conversations with customer services was pleasant and cordial, never rushed or snotty. Paul our salesman was here for quite a while answering questions and assessing our needs in the basement. Of only was he on time for our appointment he was about 10 minutes early too. The cost of this project was a good chunk of change for us but after too many times of shop-vac’ing water we knew it was time to bite the bullet and move forward with making life a little easier and not have the issue of when will we get water in the basement again hanging over our heads. I was impressed that Quality 1st uses their own products and has their own R&D facilities. As for the installation, enough cannot be said for the crew that was here. I got the call at 9am they would be here in 20 minutes and at 9:20 they were backing in my driveway. I met the foreman Mario and his 2 helpers. We went into the basement and they looked around and asked if I had any questions. We had almost everything out of the basement and what was left they covered in plastic. By 9:50am they were running the jackhammers. We have a 1,500 sqft ranch and these guys worked all day, they didn’t stop and worked their tails off. I can’t remember exactly when the jackhammer stopped but by 2 pm the channel was dug out and they were beginning to lay out for the channel that carries the water to the sump. About 4pm Kyle showed up to assess the job and see if I had any questions or concerns. We spoke about the job and we went downstairs to see the progress. He stayed on site for about 45 minutes after making sure I was comfortable with how the job was going. By 5:15 or so the job was completely finished. Before they left Mario went over everything regarding the sump system. As far as cleanup, this is a dusty job. Concrete dust is ultra fine and they did a fantastic job of not only sweeping but they also dusted off areas which were not covered in plastic. They left no mess to speak of., I was very satisfied with their work and attention to detail. It’s easy to nitpick any job at anytime and there is nothing I would call them out on. Finally as for the functionality of the sump system I wish I had a comment on that at this time. We’ve lived in our house for 25 years and until around Thanksgiving of this year (2018) we’ve only had water about 4 times. Between Thanksgiving (2018) and New Years (2019) we got slammed 4 times and nothing since. With the symptoms of how our basement got water, I feel comfortable with the system Quality 1st installed and am confident they will stand behind their work and warranty. We’re also happy this is transferable to the next homeowner when we sell the house and it is an excellent selling point when the time comes."

"Mr. Torres was great with all the work we had done. We went to his office where we picked out the color stones for our brick steps and paver walkways. He was extremely helpful with suggestions and patterns. In the middle of the job I asked for an estimate for the side of our house for a walkway and he was able to do that as well as the initial work. The price was very fair and we were very happy with it, we had another estimate for the work and it was astronomical. I would definitely recommend this company and I will be going back to him for future work."

"Bobking did a great job on my house. They painted the external house, repaired my cracked chimney, laid cement in my front yard and did brick work in front to prepare for iron gate work(another company). Their customer service was great and they worked very fast. All of the work was neat and as expected. I will definitely use and recommend this company again."

"I called Luigi on the weekend and we made a appointment for him to come by Monday afternoon. Monday came and he realized he wouldn't get to my house at the scheduled time and he gave me a courtesy call a few hours before he was supposed to be here which was nice of him to do. We went over the things I wanted to get done and he took his time and explained the best ways to do things and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. After a couple of days of getting other estimates I chose to go with Luigi. He was very knowledgeable and seemed he would do the best work. He did the work the following Monday and completed all the work in one day. Luigi and his crew arrived at 7am as he said he would and was on site the whole day. He made sure all things were done to my liking and took his time to make sure all measurements were exact to how I wanted them to be. I had existing concrete along my house in some areas where I wanted to do the walkway, they broke up the old concrete and put all new concrete instead of just going over the old concrete. Also I couldn't disconnect the central air compressor to move it out of the way so he came up with a way to raise it so it would all the concrete would be even. The work came out beautiful and they cleaned up everything when they were done.These were all things that show his knowledge and how he cares about his reputation along with his customers. He also came back a few days later to fix the cracks in my front steps as he promised me he would. I would definitety use Luigi again on future concrete work I have done."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

However, his crew is uneven in quality; some are better than others. the project was satisfactorily completed but required considerable homeowner oversight. also, garden plants were damaged and house keys were never returned."
