Technician went in my basement and told me I needed a new sump pump. Cellino is trying to get as much money from me as they can, without finishing their repair work. Never again. Horrible customer service and technicians have absolutely no idea what they are doing."

I initially hired Cellino for a greenhouse HVAC project, based on a positive recommendation and previous great service with a furnace issue.
