"Repeatedly confirmed over the phone while making the appointment that the service would be between 8-9 am. Waited until 9 am, and no sign of them even beginning to work in the complex, where they also had other appointments. I called to ask if they were still coming, and no answer. Did not call to say they would be over an hour late, no apology, no advisement of how much longer it would be. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the owner made a derogatory comment. I had plans and needed to get on the road shortly after 9. They showed up at 9:20 and began doing work elsewhere first. I had to cancel the service, and it ruined my entire weekend plans. I would not trust these guys to tie my shoes."

"The name of this company is Integrity Gutters, and let me tell you, they definitely live up to their name! I was lucky enough to See them while they were installing gutter guards on my neighbors home the other day. Being that we were starting to have a garden growing in our gutters, I asked if he could take a look. Now, he could have told me my gutters needed this, or that, to be replaced, etc. instead, he very honestly said â  these are great quality gutter guards. You could probably call the company and they would come out for free to clean them out for youâ  . Well, we always prefer to use a small business, we asked if he could do it. He said he could, if we were sure we didnâ  t want to call the installing company. Do you know he came out the next morning and took care of us for a very reasonable price? Kevin was a complete gem, as was his helper, Sammy. Our gutters look great and operate the way they should, and we are beyond thrilled we used them!"

"Needed my dryer vent cleaned. When Ned called I explained to him that I had two 90 degree angles. He assured me he had all the equipment needed to handle this job. When the two men arrived my husband showed them a picture of the two angles in the vent. One guy didn't speak english and walked away. Didn't even want to look at the picture. The other guy who spoke limited english just told us to call his boss. We told him his boss had already assured us they could do the job. Now for all the equipment they brought - a generator that they couldn't even get started. We have an outlet out back and told them to use it. They then just put a small hose in the vent which was blowing air. I was in the closet with the dryer and could hear the hose as it came in. It stopped at the first angle and couldn't bend to go any further. They then left. I was also told that they would bag up any lint that came out on the lawn. Big surprise - there wasn't any. My vent is still clogged."
