"Mineola Signs & Awnings installed a custom awning for the terrace in my condo back in May of 2025. After using it for over two months it works quite smoothly and I'm very pleased. Initially I ordered a motorized awning but I felt their price was too high and because the awning was so small, it was overkill. So I went with a manual version and saved about $500 bucks. But if you choose this option you should be aware that while opening it is very easy, closing it requires some muscle. My only disappointment was that things were not explained to me as well as they might have been and as a result my awning was cut a bit too short. However, even with that, I'd still recommend these folks because the quality of the product is good and they clearly care about customer satisfaction."

He then surveyed the shed and found 2 more slats that needed to be replaced and he didn’t alter his price. His work was top notch. He even fixed a slat that was loose on my house. Ben did an excellent job with the repairs and the cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend him for any job large or small."
