It was a plan that was supposed to cover a power train for 100,000 miles or three years, which includes the transmission. Because the Toyota Prius that we have has a special kind of transmission, they are refusing to cover it. I have contacted them, and they told me that it was a dealer problem because there was a small box on the contract that was unchecked. The dealer, however, believes it is an issue with this warranty company. We are left without a working transmission.
