All our options were explained to us in full. There were some unavoidable weather delays, but we were always notified as they occurred. Derek's own crew were always professional and courteous. His subcontractors for electrical work, the garage door, and rain gutters were all also extremely professional.. Derek also worked with our Village Building Inspector on our behalf to ensure that there would be no obstacles complying with zoning regulations and obtaining the requisite paperwork.
