"I dealt with Sears and Home Depot all morning trying to arrange for a same-day install of a new water heater.  Sears didn't have the models in stock that they quoted and the quote at Home Depot kept changing and I was very dissatisfied with the second person I dealt with who seemed to be very slow and lacking in knowledge.
