They took their time and answered all my questions. The installation crew were courteous, professional and friendly. At end of installations, the project manager made sure that I checked all aspects of the windows, from hinges, to opening and closing and testing for any draft. He and his crew also cleaned up after themselves. And let's not forget Diana (my new bestie), who kept me abreast of project with updates. Truly a great experience!!!! "We hired Major Homes to replace most of the windows in our house. I am happy with every aspect of my interaction with them. Jason, the person who gave us the quote and described the windows was prompt, clear, obviously very knowledgeable (I think he said his father started the company, but I could be mis-remembering that) and did *not* try a very heavy sales pitch on us. There was no issue at all when we said we'd get back to him at a later date about our decision (unlike other estimates we got). He just offered us a reasonable price on high-quality window replacements. After starting, the job was done quickly and done really well. The work crew was courteous and professional and they cleaned up after themselves really well. They noted places where the wood around the window was rotting and replaced that for us at a reasonable cost. The only thing we are left with are beautiful and beautifully installed windows. I am just so happy with these windows. I knew new windows would look better and be more energy efficient, but I didn't realize just *how much* better they would look. We are now scheduling a time when they can do the remaining windows in the house. I wish I could hire this company for all of my home-improvement needs."

"After several estimates and meeting with multiple contractors, we decided to move forward with this team and we do not regret it! They were thorough with the estimate, helpful with financing, and offered their recommendations on styles but weren't pushy. This experience was entirely catered to us and we genuinely felt taken care of. The project itself took longer than we expected, but the team did find some structural damage that needed fixing and, of course, any renovation typically takes longer than estimated due to unforeseen circumstances. The guys working on the house were respectful, clean and friendly, and were even great with our two dogs so that I never had to worry about anything. I felt totally comfortable with them being in our home every day. Roberto and Steven were incredible, and if you have a chance to request them, do it! They helped me understand every single thing they were working on and kept in constant communication. Not to mention, the work is clean and super well done! At the end of our project there was a mishap where someone forgot to put an appliance hose back in the drain pipe which caused our basement to get some water, but the guys came right back to the house and cleaned/fixed everything as if it had never happened. All in all, we would definitely use this team again and we are so grateful to have our dream kitchen."
