I highly recommend using Glassologist. Lee was very helpful and did an amazing job, he ordered the glass right away and within 3 days he replaced my broken window. I will definitely use this company for further window replacements.

Lee was very professional and considerate. He took care of a broken window at a rental property that I own. He communicated directly with the tenant and kept me well informed as to what he was proposing to do throughout the entire process. Hopefully we donâ t have any future issues, but I would use him again if ever needed.

Lee was top notch. I had called others who offered to do the wrong thing and replace only the glass for half as much. Had I done that , I would have paid alot more for the "patch " job at a later date in the form of leaks etc. Based on his 40+ years of experience , Lee explained that with Anderson windows ,you need to replace the entire sash, frame and glass.You really do get what you pay for. I will hire him again,for sure!

When the special order window arrived at the shop damaged, he insisted that it be redone . It took a couple weeks longer, but the end product went into my bay window perfectly. He even cleaned the glass on the neighboring panel. He was professional and personable. He used a special cleaner that will keep dirt from building up in the future. I wouldnâ t hesitate to call him again.

First of all Lee's a nice guy, easy to deal with, like an old friend. He fixed up our very heavy mirrored closet doors. They look and work great. Quality job. I would not hesitate to highly recommend him for your glass or mirror work. Plus he is local Nassau not someone from 2 boroughs away.

I m very pleased with this company. I had a cracked window pane. Lee came and took measurements, told me how long it would take before pane came in. Very near to his estimate, pane came in, he showed up, installed the pane perfectly. He even took time out of his busy schedule to take care of another unrelated issue I had at my home. He is a perfectionist and very easy , pleasant man to deal with.
