"Hi Joe, sorry to hear your dissatisfaction. However, this driveway was done in the summer of 2018. As per our contract all work is given a 1-year limited warranty. Unfortunately we can not cover damage from things we can not control. Such as, damage from vegetation (tree roots, or mushrooms) or earth movement (sink holes). Even if your warranty wasn't expired, which it was, this would not have been covered as we can not control how trees grow. I gave you the price for a standard service call to repair the damage and went even further to offer to waive that fee if you would like to have the driveway sealed. To clarify, the price for seal coating is not an up charge on the driveway we installed. It's simply the cost of a service call to fix and/or maintain your driveway. Separate jobs altogether. Either way I wish you well and health in these trying times. If there is anything we can do for you in the future please do not hesitate to call. Thank you for your business."

I was very happy with the work that was done. I replaced a concrete driveway with Asphalt. The reason why I gave a lower score for Customer Service was simply because when we had our first real snowstorm, I reached out to Anthony because I wanted to know what type of snow melt I could use and he never returned my call.
