They were polite, responsive and answered all my questions even after the work was completed, I wish I would have realized or been told how extensive the area that was disturbed would be. "UPDATE- after some time has passed I had several tiles come loose. They repaired 5 or 6 of them over several visits but after 2 cancellations (And 1 cancellation of my own) I still have at least 2 loose tiles and many that sound hollow underneath. The frustrating part is that before the job started, I asked if the floor needed to be leveled and was told no. I had them back a 2nd time before starting the project and asked them to double check if the floor needed to be leveled and they said no again. Clearly it did. ----------------------------------------------------------- I used RHP for a tile floor in my basement. The price and time estimate Mike gave me on the first day were precise and the work is great. Mike himself was on the job every day.i would recommend them and would use them again."
