"Thanks, Carmine. It was a pleasure working with you and for you."
"David, upon the initial inspection of the job we mentioned that you could self level the floor. However it was an increase in the price (although we were just charging you for material). We came back 3 different times after almost a 6 month time period. We told you the "Hollow" sound was normal when dealing with long planks. Last we spoke (after you canceled on us) you said you would get back to us with a date and you never did. We stand by our Quality of work but can not fix something if you do not call us. ___________________________________________________ Thank You, Dave! It was a pleasure working with you to get your basement done!"
"Frank, it was a pleasure! Can't wait to do your Kitchen and Accent wall!"
"Christine, I'm sorry that you ended up unhappy. First, we are licensed and insured. Second, when we widen any opening we always re-support the wall. Its common practice for us. We did, however, remove a faulty outlet, cap the wiring, and put it inside a junction box. You never allowed us to install an access panel, we even offered to pay for an electrician since whomever ran the lines did not do it properly. We did a lot of extra work for you which we did not charge for including caulking of molding which is finishing work that you wanted to do yourself."
"Thanks! Brian's one of the best guys we've got!"
"Thanks! We were very careful when we brought sheet rock down the tight stairwell there wasn't much room. We thank you for the feedback it helps us better ourselves as a company. We are glad you liked the way it turned out."
"Thanks! It was a pleasure working with you! Glad you liked it."
