"This was a one stop shop. Guy understood what I was looking for, ordered everything needed for the project, and came and installed everything beautifully. All for a fair price. I would recommend."

"Melvin was great. He did a fantastic job and gave me advice I was looking for on the type of bracket and where exactly to mount the TV. When the time comes for more home theater work in my house I will be calling Melvin back."

Small jobs welcome

"I would shop around and ask about prices. Do not click on the invite button for business unless you are willing to pay the expenses. I needed my tv mounted and although ti had the bra king on the tv already I needed the mount itself on the wall. The price I paid I felt was still way too Steep for mounting a tv it should have been at least $50 bucks considering I did partial of the work already. Just a heads up"

"I am very pleased with the work. The new light fixtures look great and the process of having them installed was painless. Ohms was always responsive and friendly. But more importantly, they did the job correctly and quickly. I hope to them again for a much bigger project."

Tv Mount Install questions, answered by experts

Mounting a TV to a brick wall can be safe and secure if done correctly. However, it requires proper installation to ensure the TV is firmly attached and won't pose a risk of falling. Guarantee your television is safely secured by checking the manufacturer's weight limits of your TV mount and wall anchors. Examine the condition and quality of the brick wall to ensure it is capable of sustaining the TV.

Coax cable connects to your television, modem, or cable box. Look for a female coax connection on these devices. Your coax cable will connect to any of these. The other end of the wire runs to the service connection coming into the house.

Costs range from $1,000 to $5,000, depending on system complexity and components.

There are a few easy ways to locate a wall stud without a stud finder. First, try knocking on the wall with your knuckles. Most parts of the wall will sound hollow, but when you tap over a stud, it will sound more solid. Alternatively, since studs are spaced 16 or 24 inches apart, you can measure those distances from a corner of the room, which will always have a stud.

In most cases, you should not put a TV on a fireplace mantel. The minimum width required to put a TV safely on a shelf or mantel is 10 inches, but pre-made mantels are usually too shallow, averaging at only seven inches deep. If you do choose to place a TV above a mantel, it should be mounted to the wall. However, do so cautiously as heat radiating from the fireplace could potentially cause damage to electronics.
