(I wanted to have these items done before another contractor comes to install new flooring in June,) An example of their following through to the end. My vanity counter in the bathroom --- i wanted to replace. They purchased all the materials at Home Depot. In the store as well as when the brought the counter top here, There was a HAIR LINE crack that went from the faucet hole to the basin. They called me in and asked if I saw a crack in the piece, NO i saw no crack .. He used light beam and scanned the vanity top, There was a HAIR LINE approx 8". inches long. Unbelievable. Returning to H.D. they got another. Look at it and it looked fine. When they went to take it out of the box, the packaging foam was stuck to a corner, Took a dollar coin piece out!! They knew that this H.D. had no more in stock. They found one at another H.D. They went there to retrieve it. Once back - job was completed. They were very timely .. when they said they would be here, they were. They took all the material and old pieces out. I had a dumpster at my complex. All done. When you make your phone call and they are on the list...make them your FIRST call. You will find that no others need to be contacted. NOTE: they called me the next day to inquire if I had any issues! NO, I had none."

Come to find out my sewer main was broken so I had to have the city come to make sure that it wasn’t an issue on their side which unfortunately it wasn’t. Had to hire another company to do an emergency dig which will start today in about two hours. Will use Richard again for other projects in my home once my sewer main is fixed."
