"Customer paid us to diagnose an issue with her house trailer furnace. At that time the customer was told parts needed to be located and ordered. parts were ordered by us. It was taking too long of time to arrive from the manufacturer as materials are these days. The timeframe was upsetting to the customer. Unfortunate situation because of manufacturer supply issues."
