The roofer did not cover the roof with tarp and also spoke to Allstate who denied all my claims for damages. I was billed $1600 in addition to $5000. I have paid the $5000 but I deem the extra billing excessive. I was not informed of the cost for approval. I am willing to come to terms with the contractor and would like Angie’s list to review and work out a compromise. It also points to the level of service offered by the two contractors referred by your company. One bid for $2500 and precision roofing came in at $5000. I signed with Precision because of their assurances as an established company with a fixed cost. It has turned out not to be the case."

"AVOID THIS CONTRACTOR AT ALL COSTS, HE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY I signed a contract with this contractor at the end of January 2025, and it’s now July 2025, and he has done almost NONE of the work we agreed upon. He is deliberately avoiding all communication and refuses to answer calls, texts, or emails. He took my security deposit of $1900 and has basically disappeared with it. He is not just unprofessional, he is a THIEF and a ROBBER. I have proof of everything: the signed contract, the payments I made, and the endless attempts I’ve made to reach him while he ignores me. If anyone wants proof, I am more than willing to share it. This is not just a bad experience, it’s outright theft. If you value your money and your sanity, stay FAR AWAY from this contractor. He will happily take your deposit or payment and vanish without finishing the job. Do not trust a word he says, he is dishonest, unreliable, and will leave you high and dry. Learn from my experience and avoid getting robbed."

It took several weeks for the project to start waiting for the Anderson windows to arrive after they were ordered, but when they did arrive, the project was scheduled and commenced within a couple of weeks. The crew for the project were efficient, skilled, and hard-working. In particular, the foreman for the crew, Milton, kept us informed during the project, explained the steps and the process, and generally kept everything on track. One important note is that the internal trim and windows sills needed to match windows that were installed years ago during a renovations and expansion of one part of the house. The sills were custom, not off the shelf, and the team did a great of job of producing them to match. Everything was cleaned up and extraneous material removed at the end of the project."
