CITY ROOFING & SIDING

It was good work. They're very nice. They came out and was very responsive. They were book but was able to come out on their free time. It was quick and clean up nicely.

Difficulty to reach by phone. Several calls needed. Needed to verify that they received contact twice. After delay in coming to give estimate of a week, 2 men showed up to evaluate project. Viewed roof from ground, did not go up on roof to inspect. They said they would send price in email. We were never contacted by phone or email with price despite 3 phone calls to answering machine to determine if they were going to send an estimate. May they decided not to quote. This was a straight forward rip off old material replace with new asphalt shingles on 2 story house with a peaked roof. East access to roof. We have no information about performance or quality because they did not give price or contact us after showing up to evaluate house. Why did they come in the first place.? Not professional in quoting or follow up.

I received quotes from four different roofing companies (during August and September of 2015 ) and then called City Roofing and Siding back for a second consult   They (Mike and Dave Hajba) were punctual to both meetings and gave very clear information on what work they would do and what the cost would be.  I put off the work until after Thanksgiving.  They projected the work would take them about 5 - 7 working days, depending on the weather.  They started on Monday November 30th and completed work on Tuesday December 8th....and we had two days of rain when they were unable to work.  So they were right on schedule.  Any time I called them they either answered or returned my message quickly.  
They generally started mid morning after the sun was up and finished by 3:00pm.  While they were here I NEVER saw them not working.  Dave and Mike were incredibly efficient.  Also we have a very steep and difficult driveway and they managed it very well with their truck and trailer. They were both very nice guys and courteous.  They listen to a satellite radio while working and on their first day asked me if the radio was too loud and/or if it was ever a nuisance to let them know and they would turn it off.  It never was a nuisance for me. 
They also let me know that our existing drip guard was in good shape and that they could reuse it instead of providing new, thus saving a little money...which we did. 
Mike and Dave  cleaned up very well, and didn't do any damage to the lawn or plants.  The roof looks great.  It has not been tested yet by snow and ice, however I feel confident it will be fine.  
I was very happy with my experience using City Roofing and Siding. 

City Roofing was GREAT. Mike the owner came and gave us the estimate and his two sons did all the work. They gave us the best price, far lower than Jand A and Colonial, which were priced much higher. They used quality materials and did a very professional job. We have a fairly large house with a steep roof, and we are very happy the work they did. We really liked this family owned small business and the fact that all the work was done by Mike and his sons, unlike the competitors, who tend to use contract or itinerant workers. Would highly recommend this business.

They were excellent. The two gentleman did a wonderful job. My house looks completely different. They give you a price and you pay them when the work is done.

Mike, the father, came out and gave a bid. He's a funny guy and has old world values. He was my first of 4 bids and turned out to be the cheapest and only one to gave a per square price. I felt good about him and his sons doing the work, so I gave him the job. His sons came in the morning as agreed, worked all day and cleaned up at the end of each day they worked. My place was spotless each night. I have a very steep roof, so it wasn't always easy to find a spot to set their ladders.They did a nice clean job, straight lines on the valleys and am very satisfied with their work. A family business to support.

Was best price by at least $ 1500 dollars from 3 other local companies that i got estimates from for basically same job-what else is there to say??
