"Contract broken by not removing and installing new drip edge or rake trim yet did not adjust cost. He did not follow manufacturer instructions resulting in oil canning, unsealed trim ends, and ridge vent sealed by underlayment. My chimney drips onto garage floor. I identified my complaints, he promised he would return and never did. I contacted the BBB and he has not responded."
