"We just had Scarpone and Sons replace our roof in the middle of winter!! They chose the perfect day to rip off the existing roof and replace it in a little over a day. Lucky for us it stopped snowing just long enough for them to do what they do. They were efficient, fast, and did an excellent job. The roof no longer leaks and we are so happy! "A few days later, in the early evening Ameri-pro shows up at my house. My husband answered the door and was greeted with, "I've had a very bad day, but I'm here to see if I can stop the leak from your skylight." He went on the roof, did some work and left. Didn't inform us that he was finished or call if you still have a problem, etc.
