"I hired Timothy Osborne AKA The Organic Gardener (TOG) to renovate the interior and exterior spaces of my home in Dec 2015 and fired them from the project in Nov 2016. Our kitchen cabinets are falling apart, oven/range hood does not work, masonry is falling off the exterior walls, exterior overhang is falling apart, large blemishes on the wood floor. I could go on and on. I had to fire Timothy/TOG from the project in Nov 2016 after my security camera/audio caught his brother (project manager) and crew marking up an exterior wall to conceal a mistake in the renovation. I had to hire another contractor to resolve issues with the poor quality of their work, including repainting the entire interior; install new cabinet fronts; reinstall appliances; completely disassemble, repair/repaint, and re-assemble the kitchen island. The irrigation lines for planters had to be connected, an irrigation pump failed and needed to be replaced. I am still trying to resolve issues with the renovation - new duct for the oven/range hood must be installed to resolve issues with the range hood, exterior walls must be re-masoned, exterior overhang must be repaired, flooring must be repaired, and outdoor trees and bushes need to be replanted because they aren't draining properly. The above list only includes some of the repairs, but you get the idea. Bottom line: If you are really considering this contractor to do any interior or exterior work, feel free to contact me. I'd be happy to show you the quality of their work and you can judge for yourself. **the attached photos depict just a few of the issues with TOG's work"

Full disclosure my property did not allow for a tradition driveway and walk way to be sperate . With that said I shopped around and decided to higher PDS Contracting. They came highly recommended and I was able to see their work first hand throughout my town. First and for most PDS and Owner Pete Sofocleous are extremely professional and made the experience very enjoyable. I dealt directly with Pete who always made himself available. whether it was email, text message, or phone call, Pete was easy to contact. Due to Covid-19 , this project was put on and off several times. Pete was always accommodating and understanding. Once the project was a go, Pete came over with samples and we walked through design, functionality and curb appeal . His knowledge and experienced showed when suggesting little ideas and details that ultimately made all the difference in the look of my home. The overall job took about 4 days for them to start and finish. His crew was very impressive to watch. I share a driveway with a neighbor who hired another contractor and its clear to see the quality of work Pete and his crew adhere to. My only regret is that my neighbor did not hire PDS. With out hesitation I would highly recommend hiring PDS Landscape Design and contracting. My overall experience was enjoyable and I couldn't be happier with how my driveway and walkways look.
