"I had several projects for two separate homes. He completed all the previous job in an excellent manner. My last project was remodeling a walk-in shower, replacing all flooring and repositioning the glass door he previously installed. I have been unable to communicate with him since I gave him the balance on the $8500 contract. He completed all work except for the glass door, which he said he'd have to purchase a new one, but assured me there would be no added expense to me. That was on January 12, 2024. "We hired Ryan to work on our backsplash for the kitchen, we use Sonoma Glass Stone Mosaic Tile, which is not very easy to install because you have to make a lot of cuts. He did a great job with the installation and worked with our busy schedules. We also had him install a new stainless steel sink and faucet, which we thought was going to be the easy part, but we had to end up customizing the opening for the sink, He has very nice, calm personality which really help with our frustration. we end up paying a little more than we had agreed, but it was worth for the effort and the work performed."
