We had two full bathrooms completely re-done as well as new kitchen counter tops and laminate flooring installed. Emily LaRose, the designer, is the consummate professional designer. She has a firm grasp of design concepts and gave us functional and beautiful designs. She is a skillful communicator, equally strong at explaining choices and listening to and addressing our concerns or preferences. Emily kept the projects on track and made herself available for our questions. Our initial choice for laminate flooring for the kitchen was discontinued by the manufacturer. "The second time I have used Pacific Stone and Tile in lass than a year and my experience this time was just as fantastic as the first time. very reasonable price and the final product looks better than we had visioned. Sal came out and explained all issues and keep me in the loop with updates as our quartz was backordered. The crew was meticulous with their measurements, making sure no gaps were showing due to sloping floors or crooked walls. They were very thorough with the install. You can tell immediately the pride Sal and his crew take in their work. The installers were as friendly as the owner, they kept the area clean and and were very considerate of me and my family.
