I CALLED AND THE OFFICE STAFF SENT A LICENSED PLUMBER OUT. HE GAVE ME AN IDEA OF WHAT WAS NEEDED AND A PLAN TO ACCOMPLISH. THEY CAME BACK 3 DAYS LATER AND WORKED FOR 4 DAYS UNTIL JOBS WERE ALL COMLPLETED. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY NEAT. THE OFFICE STAFF HELPED SO MUCH PICKING THE BATHROOM STUFF. THEY LET ME TAKE ALL THE TIME I NEEDED TO GET JUST THE RIGHT THINGS. THEY SUGGESTED CERTAIN SIZES AND COLORS AND SHOWER FAUCETS. I COULDNT HAVE GOTTEN SUCH A NICE ROOM WITHOUT THEM. EVERYONE THAT WORKED WITH US WAS GREAT. I WILL USE THEM FOR ANY PLUMBING HEATING JOBS I NEED.

I like them. They are very good. They are a plumbing company I have used throughout the year for more than 20 years. The last time I used them, they were prompt. They explained everything that I had asked. They cleaned up after themselves. They do just about everything. If they mess up on a job, they will back out and redo it within a short period of time. They guarantee their work for a month. I will definitely use them again in the future.
