"Reasonable ,right upfront business with no nonsense descriptions of what you want as the customer. Would definitely use “Upstate Home Repairs” again!"

"Jerry is such a nice guy. Easy to talk to and very professional. When he opened his work trailer I knew I had the right guy for the job. Everything in order - tools, saws, nails, screws, etc. all neat and clean. Jerry works the same way. The railing and steps came out really really nice. I would hire Jerry again in a heartbeat."

"Wood flooring and so much more. Carpets torn out, subfloors repaired, including work at doors and windows. Impeccable attention to detail. No threshholds, smooth perfect and tight seams from room to room and door to door. I love a crew that doesn't have to hide their transitions under a threshhold. Work ethic--- amazing, here on time, every time, every day. Added on recessed ceiling lighting in 2 rooms and ceiling lights in all rooms. Brutal attic work on over 100 degree day. Seamless experience in every way. They clean up the site at the end of every work day. They haul away whatever needs hauled away. They are friendly, talented, welcome input and do what needs to be done to exceed all expectations. (there were none!). I have more jobs scheduled: decking (including relocating propane tanks), house addition, complete renovation of two bathrooms., fencing. My go to crew for everything."

"Fantastic! Bowen Ridge Construction has a great team! They know how to get the job done! They get right to the task and do an amazing job. We were amazed as to how much they were able to accomplish in the time frame that they had! Quality work. Highly recommend! Can’t wait for them to be back for our next renovations!"

"Shawn responded immediately and offered his services to evaluate our front door latch. It was rather old and well used and required careful inspection of the inner workings. He removed it and dismantled the mechanics of it and determined the problem. With patience he analyzed a way to adapt the broken part to make it work, thus saving us the expense of a rather pricey Arts and Crafts door handle replacement! He is talented and goes right at the problem with his expertise and problem solving! Thank you Shawn for your good and very timely work for us!"

"Scott installed new PVC railings for my front stoop. He was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I was extremely happy with the work that was done and would definitely recommend him!"

"Dan was great to work with. Came to talk with me about what I wanted to get done and never felt rushed or in a hurry. Completed the project just as I had hoped. Great craftsmanship and took a great deal of pride in his work."

"CNC installed heating cables on the edges of my roof and in the gutters to prevent ice build-up. They did quality work and the cost was reasonable. I would hire them again and recommend them to others."
