Rick and Ricky were great to work with. Rick was very knowledgeable and Informative about the product and the process. The prices were significantly more reasonable than other similar type companies, also they were able to do a lot of custom work to some odd corners and shapes of my house. Although the room is a kit Ricky (the son and builder) did such fine work tying it into my quirky spaces, it looks like it was built with the house. He cleaned up his work space every night. Both were very respectful and polite. It took a bit longer than initially thought, but the work was high quality. All we get is compliments on the sunroom. Worth noting is how many of my friends and family In the construction businesses have been impressed by it. It is absolutely everyone's favorite room (especially the Doggoð   ), and it is usuable all four seasons.

The people at Sterling were a pleasure to work with. They explained every detail and communicated with us every step of the way. They were very responsive to our wishes and are very personable. They take great pride in their work and it show in the quality of the finished job. The price was very reasonable and we would recommend them to anyone

Overall we are happy with the quality of the sunroom. Rick is pleasant to work with, I felt given all the challenges in the construction field right now they did the best they could. The communication needs improvement and they do need to more than 1 guy to put these rooms up. If you are looking to add a beautiful sunroom to your home I highly recommend them however when they say 4 weeks they really mean more like 4 months but it will be worth it in the end. They are very accommodating and were very patient with all my requests.

We love our new room and have gone through a winter in it now. The 16x20 room is solidly built, beautiful, and we couldn't be happier.

Very professional and the workmanship was great. Rick kept us up to date on all phases of the project. I would highly recommend them.

Rick is hard to get a hold of but once you do he is great he repaired my roof the sunroom is beautiful my wife loves it thanks, Rick.

Great value, attention to detail, great to work with

Communication is very poor but they finally got the job done it was done well!

I have never rated anyone before however, I do not want anyone to be taken advantage of. 11 months after the contract was signed, Rick started a over $50,000 project only after our lawyer called him. Rick told us all types of issues he had and how he did not have time to call us, however, when he eventually was on the job, he sat around watching his help work with plenty of time to make phone calls. I feel bad for his workers, They seem new to this type of work, Rick showed them how to cut corners. I could leave a list of issues. The bottom line is I believe Rick would take advantage of anyone who did not know the construction, he is not good at running a business, has NO communication skills. The product he uses seems to be a very good product. I would have another company install it. I would not recommend it.

They do not communicate with their customers, they lack communication. They do not return phones calls or text. And to get them to come to your house you would need to call them multiple times

Rick always kept us up to date by responding to our calls. Did very well considering difficult conditions. We love our awning and enjoy it every day. Good to get natural light into the house when we close the awning.

Company need to communicate better with their customers. They were over a month late due to rainy weather but I never got a call with an explanation.

Rick was up front with his proposal. He accommodated all additional needs for a reasonable cost. Quality looks outstanding. Very satisfied.
