It took a week to get the tiles but he came over the next weekend on his own time and did a beautiful job and even picked up the tile and grout saving me a trip. "Tom arrived a little early for both appointments. 1st one was to check out the job, needed materials, etc. 2nd one was to do the repair. Unfortunately, the sheetrock under the tiles had gotten wet & deteriorated so that he couldn't complete the job without having to completely rebuild the structure. Gave me an excellent quote for tearout and replacement (tiles extra). Would have gone with him but my landlord brought in her tile man and gave him the job. Tom was personable, professional and quoted very reasonable prices. Have him do your work. You won't be disappointed."
