Needless to say, we fired the other contractor! After we found Tom, he met with us quickly and helped us with a game plan for the best way to correct the situation (which in this case was to remove the existing tile and apply a self-leveling concrete before starting with the new tile). He was transparent and honest about the process right from the start all the way through the project's completion. And we are more than happy with the quality of his workmanship and the look of the finished installation.
