He was prompt and thorough when he came out to give me a quote, he made sure I knew all my different options, and he helped me understand the reasons behind suggestions he made. Things that gave me confidence in Bennett were that he listened well, leaned on his network of experienced plumbers to get a second opinion on a tricky setup, was extremely fair with his pricing, and in the end his recommendation was a replacement-in-kind rather than an upgrade since it was more in line with my needs, which showed me that he put the customer first! "I purchased the deal on Angie's List. The work was well done and they were neat and clean. The deal allocated $80. for materials, but I bought my own, (tile and grout). They purchased a marble threshold strip for me, which probably cost about $30. Nick agreed to give me the difference towards my purchase of tile, and it hasn't happened yet, but perhaps he will send me a check. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work."
