He arrived promptly as he said he would arrive. He was very thorough and explained and taught us how to reset the opener should we encounter another power outage or surge. He performer a safety check of the equipment including the springs and rollers on the overhead doors. He took a picture of the spring that needs to be replaced and told us about the rollers on the doors needing replacement. Before he concluded the repair visit, he was able to give us quotes on the needed repairs. I have used Precision Garage Doors services since 2011. I will continue to use the services. The technician are prompt, excellent performing the services, clean up if the is any need, and are very courteous. I highly recommend the company and Zikret did a great job

From start to finish, the staff at Edward Mojica Installations were exemplary. The receptionist handling the phone calls (Nicole) was polite, helpful, sincere, and professional. I called on a Wednesday and by Friday ( two days later) the repair work was completed. The serviceman did arrive within the allotted time slot of the service appointment. Nicole called about 30 minutes prior to his arrival to let my mother know that he would be arriving soon. The serviceman did an assessment of the garage door and motor and determined that all that was needed was lubrication and adjustment. According to my mother, there were no hard sell tactics or attempt to take advantage of an elderly person. The serviceman did the work, left no mess, and was very pleasant in his interactions with my mother. She was delighted with the repair service and she highly recommends Edward Mojica Installations. One final note, I was able to get a discount because of a coupon issued by this company on Angie’s List

The only change I'd recommend is to tell customer to contact company the morning of installation to try and establish a window of when installers may be coming. I had been told it would be no earlier than 9 a.m. but called one & 1/2 hrs. later not realizing I would be later than 9 a.m.

"The system has worked perfectly. However, two days ago, the pump failed. Because of the extreme cold weather, the pipe froze and the pump burned up trying to pump.
<br /> I called last night and Mike arrived about noon today. He replaced the pump and associated piping and helped me unfreeze the pipes. Bob called and told me they would cover the repair this time and told me how to prevent a freeze-up again.
<br /> I should have realized the potential, but the pipes have never frozen before in 30 years in this house. Thanks to Affordable I did not have to spend the money for pump and labor. Furthermore, I plan to install a heating coil to prevent it happening again.
