Caleb and his team were very professional, they showed up on time and were very careful removing and stacking the door. As they removed the door Calab noticed there was damage done to the track, the pole that holds the springs, the springs, and to the cable. When it was time to re-hang the door, Caleb and his team were on time and replaced all the need parts and rebalanced the door. Caleb and his team were great and I would hire them again and would recommend them to anyone.

The tech Caleb was prompt and professional, he help show me how to lube the door and motor to save me money and fixed the door the same day. Highly recommend and will use for any other problems in near future. Thanks Overhead Door Depot.

Service was very prompt, professional and courteous, but I was disappointed in the price. It is my own fault for not doing my research in advance, but a little internet research including excellent resources here on Angie's List indicates that I probably paid too much for "lifetime warranty" springs.

All good, except that during the initial phone call they agreed to replace the weatherstripping on the bottom of one of the doors. The tech who came out to the house declined to do that and told me to do it myself.

Did all of my order/purchase via a phone call.... as I was in Connecticut and the job is in Florida. Took my credit card payment. Arrived and installed on time. Kept me informed. Very trusting in they did whole job then asked me to pay with no initial deposit. I appreciate trust which to me indicates high integrity. .........Door looks good and has functioned very well. The opener they installed is very quiet and runs smoothly.

AAA visited twice. The first time the technician (Harold) was running late, but called to advise he would arrive toward the end of the previously quoted three-hour window. He arrived when he stated he would after the phone call.

They came out, provided an estimate. The doors were not in stock, but they ordered them. They promptly installed them once they received them. They were prompt, courteous, and delivered exactly what they said they would. Can't ask for any more.

A structural member of my garage door frame broke, causing the second panel from the top to bind where it connects to the top panel, preventing the door from being lifted by the motor because the frame wouldn't fold at that point. I scheduled the service call with the the office for the following day. The service technichnician sized up the situation and quoted me $350 to replace the broken parts and add the reinforcing bar to keep the panels from sagging where the frame had broken. I wound up adding all the other stuff to minimize stress on the frame and replaced all the rollers, return spring bushings on the existing spring and getting the whole system warranted from any kind of failure for three years. Of course the door should have been fitted out that way when it was originally installed, but wasn't. I greatly appreciated him addressing the problem I was having with the door and was glad to have the frame fixed and the lifting system all tuned up beforet the sagging frame and uneven stress of the lifting system resulted in one or two of the door panels being ruined. I rated the company a 4 on price because I have no idea what the work should have cost. I felt like I was treated fairly and got a decent price because the guy had all the materials he needed on hand and didn't have to drive all over town getting parts. It took him about 3 hours to do the work and there was quite a bit of additional equipment and reinforcing members that were added, and the warranty. He did a great job. I'm sure he probably gets a commission for upselling, but I really needed the additional work done. It stiffened up the doorframe considerably and it works much better now. I appreciated having someone who knew as much about his work as he did come out to make the necessary repairs, especially when I couldn't really describe the problem that well over the phone.

Two months later, my friend stayed here at this same house as she passed through town, and I was away on business. She jammed the door and didn't know what to do. I told her to call this company and they came out immediately and just charged the same low service fee to unjam the door.
I'm about to have them install a brand new garage door and track in the next month or so, and will definitely report on how they do. They came highly recommended to me by another home owner, and a carpenter who does work for me.
