We went over my idea, tossed a few others around, and came back to the original. Nick was very thorough in going over the needed materials for this 12 x 18 project: Ipe w needed stainless steel hardware, lighted steps, black metal railings, faux stone. The one mistake I made was not in reading the contract carefully, as sealing the porch was not included. The construction proceeded smoothly. I was really impressed with the new footings created and felt assured this front porch would be solid & last for many years to come. Nick listened to my preferred placing of the boards. The lighted steps were just what I had envisioned. Nick went "the extra mile" by not only applying the stone work around the new porch and garage foundation, but also to the remainder of the rest of the front. I would use Nick again, and would recommend him to my friends."

We scheduled the job a month out. He had all materials delivered the morning of and the crew was on site by 7 30. They worked hard throughout the day and as a thunderstorm was coming, they worked tirelessly to cover the remainder of the roof. They returned the next day, completed the job and cleaned up.
