"Rob is not as reliable as he initially seemed. He installed the wrong windows on my home. I questioned him to double check because he seemed to be installing the wrong windows however he reassured me they were the correct windows and referred to his prior experience. The windows failed inspection. He spoke to the town inspector who explained to him why. Rob blamed the architect before taking responsibility for his own mistake. He said he would replace the windows at no additional charge because it was his error he just needed to get quotes and order new windows. What followed was months of excuses, delays and many flat out lies he used to avoid taking accountability. He initially said he was waiting for quotes on the new windows from his supplier, weeks went by and still no updates, he made excuses about how busy the suppliers are. I did my own research and was able to get a quote within 24 hours. He initially refused to use the company and said he wanted to wait on his supplier. After weeks with no updates I told him to just refund me based on the quote or to move forward with the company I found. He claimed to have placed the order so I waited over a month as this was the expected delivery time. When the time had elapsed, he said he had the windows and would come install them however kept delaying saying he would come right after finishing his current job. Then he he said his laborers were all gone for the off season. I even went as far as finding workers who could fill in for them and he refused even though the job was only a few hours of work. After several weeks of this I told him to just tell me where the windows were and I would pick them up myself and find someone else to install them. This began a saga of him claiming to be hospitalized, having people responding from his phone. If he truly was hospitalized this is unfortunate but if he was well enough to respond to text messages he should have been able to fullfill a simple request for an address. For the majority of the time he was not answering my calls and would only respond to text. I tried calling from another number and he answered. It did not sound like he was in a hospital. He is dishonest and based on his behavior any warranty he offers is worthless. I ended up spending thousands to buy new windows and hire another contractor to fix Rob/Impact Roofing's mistakes which was made even more expensive due to the delays. To this day he has not provided me with the windows he supposedly ordered or a refund. If he does I will update my review to reflect that."

"We contacted Ed Drake the owner of Perfect Exteriors to inspect our roof after finding that we had water damage on some sheetrock and water leaking into our storage areas. We cannot say enough good things about this company. We were told that removing and replacing four large skylights, removing the existing shingles and replacing them that the job would take a day and a half to complete. We have dealt with many different contractors over the years for many renovations but Perfect Exteriors runs the most professional, organized business we have ever hired. Ed Drake and his Field Manager Steve Dewey have an absolutely amazing crew of men. They were extremely organized and all worked well together they were an excellent team. This job was started in the time frame that we were originally given and still completed in a day and a half even with the unexpected additional replacement of 42 sheets of plywood. "Home Evolution stood out the most the salesman's name was Ed he was very thorough, informative, detailed and patient because I was doing my Home closing the same day he was very professional. On August 11th got a call from Leo the scheduling coordinator explain to me there's going to be a pallet of shingles dropped off at my home and asked me if they can do my roof the next day Saturday August 12th I gladly said yes and the very next day I received a call at 7:15 from the project manager Anthony he asked me and informing me that his crew is going to beat him there and they will arrive 7:30 and they're going to get started they know what they're doing they were very prompt and showed up on time at 7:30am Sharp right away got right up on the roof with their tools and had my roof ripped off in about an 45 minutes to an hour during the shingle removal both my old exhaust fan vents were damaged they were old metal and bent and needed to be replaced for proper shingle installation the project manager Anthony went to Home Depot on the way to my home and arrived with two brand new vents I must say as far as Foreman go Anthony was Top Notch his crew knew what they were doing and he was on top of everything at every turn they had my roof tore off and installed and cleaned up in 4 and 1/2 hours couldn't ask for a better job. I would like to thank the whole crew, the salesman, Ed, the project manager, Anthony, and the whole team at Home Evolution, for a wonderful job on my home happy customer here. Thanks, everyone."
