They PCS are totally non-pressure company. I know this sounds trite and tired but, they made me feel fully empowered and that I was making intelligent decisions. Without a doubt, aside from the magnificent job they did on bringing back to life a dead and haunted basement, this duo, Matt and his wife Donna, turned my basement into a truly MAGNIFICENT SPACE. Heck, all I wanted was to establish a 'clean space' to store household essentials. Well, they transformed this basement area into a most DIGNIFIED AREA. In fact, when company arrives, I lead them down the staircase that THEY Re-FURBISHED to show off this extra space of my home. PCS has made me so proud of my basement. (Now, that's a statement I thought I'd never say.) Their staff, their team, the the team that executed the work - were professional and dignified."

"Had them remove the large old-school house fan and install a drop-down ladder in it's place. Overall great work. There was one day when the workers came a few hours late, but that happens and is understandable. The only part (which was my error I'm sure) that I was unhappy about was the painting of the door and surrounding ceiling was not included in the price - but I am pretty sure I told about it and simply forgot which was another $250. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"
