"We hired Pickford Contracting Services to remodel our basement, and we definitely made the right choice. Matthew and Donna are a class act. From the initial walkthrough of our unfinished basement to the day of completion, they went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with everything. From the get-go, we were impressed with Donnas organization, the response time (very fast!), and willingness to negotiate on prices. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my barrage of questions. We always felt comfortable knowing she was working behind the scenes in making sure this project would be perfect. Matthew and his crew were just amazing. The work was completed quickly and to our exact specifications at a reasonable price. We could tell he takes pride in his work from his attention to detail -- making sure every little thing was done perfectly, down to the last door hinge and speck of paint. In the end, they transformed our musty unfinished basement into a sleek and welcoming office and entertainment space for us to enjoy. Looking at the before pictures, I honestly do not recognize our old basement! I would highly recommend them to anyone. SECOND PROJECT**** We were so happy with the recent basement to remodel Pickford Contracting Services did that we did not even consider anyone else when we decided to have our deck repaired and re-finished. Our deck had been rotting in places, missing stairs, and was badly in need of repair, and Matthew and crew did a fantastic job with everything. They finished the whole project very quickly, and our deck looks stunning. Donna gave us a great price and worked with us to ensure we got exactly what we wanted.
