Palatial Pools installed a large in-ground pool and spa for me back in 2007. I did not want to see or hear the equipment, so they installed that about one hundred feet away in a "hidden" location. Douglas Vunk was my main contact for this project and he and his crew did a great job with everything. Since initial installation, I have used Palatial Pools as my regular cleaning and maintenance company. Douglas is always on time for scheduled services. He also has provided me with a prompt emergency service once, and is flexile with his scheduling when the scheduled service date does not work for me. Douglas is a very knowledgeable and technical Professional, but has the ability to explain everything in terms that I can understand. I have recommended Palatial to friends and colleagues, and will continue to use Palatial and Douglas Vonk as my Pool Technician.

Doug is a creative, reliable, straight shooting guy. I have known him for years, and he actually built our pool, and then started his own business which prove he is a great contractor. He is always on site, and his prices are reasonable.
