"Eddie was great to work with! We had a limited time frame to adhere to town inspections and Eddie and his team knew exactly what we needed and quickly got the job done. The results were great and even the inspector acknowledged the impressive repair. They were able to put a knocked out garage wall back on the foundation and repair the interior dry wall. "Secured many proposals for repair of damaged plaster ceiling due to AC leak. The price ranges I received were extraordinary. When I contacted Precision Painting of LI and NY, Scott provided me with an extremely fair and honest proposal. He understood the work involved . His crew promptly arrived a few days later and completed partial ceiling replacement along with spackling , painting and insulation in an efficient and professional manner. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to hire them again for other projects."

They demo d and removed all traces of my old dilapidated deck and installed a beautiful paver patio complete with landing and fire pit to specifications. They were quick, efficient and clean. "My wife and I purchased a beautiful 4 bedroom/4 bathroom house that Jakob and his team built on Long Island! We love the design of the home and Jakob was very friendly and responsive throughout the entire process. He was also very open to our feedback and suggestions and included blinds on all the windows, and medicine cabinets and towel bars in the guest bathrooms post-construction. Jakob didn’t cut any corners, as the home is very well insulated and includes state of the art appliances. He has also been responsive to us post-closing and we hope we can continue to maintain a friendship with him in the future. We highly recommend him and his team!"
