"We hired M. Snyder Construction to replace 3 ceilings. This was demo and waste disposal through to finish paint. They started and finished according to the schedule. Mike even took my tenantâ s schedule in mind when planning his time frame. While the dumpster was still on site, Mike let us dispose of construction waste we had gathered up from another project. The entire crew is courteous, trustworthy, professional and capable. I was a Designer at an architectural firm that did historic restoration. I have done many a punch list. I had NO post job issues that needed addressing. We heartily recommend M. Snyder Construction"

"Got Paul's name off Angie's list. I left a message and Paul called back in less than 5 minutes.  Paul came out to give an estimate within 3 days and within one week, was here to do the work.  Paul and Michael arrived promptly.  Mike stayed to do the work.  It was tedious as the wall paper border was being stubborn.  It looks great and is ready to be painted.  The clean up was thorough and everything was back in place just as it was upon their arrival.  Paul came back to check to be sure all was good with the work.  It sure was! Thanks Paul and Mike! I look forward to working with you in the future."

"He did all work quickly, professionally, and at a very fair price. I was extremely pleased with the several jobs he was able to complete for me in just 4 hours (this includes him driving to Home Depot for all of the bathroom parts) I will definitely hire him again, fantastic job!"

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

Yes, designing builds to fit space constraints and meet functional needs.

Dekton is worth the money for homeowners who want a nonporous countertop that resists heat, stains, water, scratches, and UV damage. It comes in a wide array of colors and patterns at various price points to suit different renovation budgets. Dekton is not worth the cost for homeowners who are particularly worried about chipping or cracking.

Blueprints are generally available for houses built after the early 1900s. Before then, detailed building schematics like blueprints were rarely used and even more rarely saved. If you have an older house and need blueprints, you can have a new set drawn up by an architect or draftsperson.

The most common scale for residential blueprints is 1/4 of an inch equals one foot. This scale is the most popular because it’s easier for everyone involved, from professionals to homeowners, to understand the building’s actual dimensions. Also, it allows blueprints to have the necessary details without cluttering the page.

Costs depend on project complexity, materials, labor, permits, and required revisions.
