"May 22, 2017 Wonder Windows 634 South Ave. Rochester, NY 14620 Dear People: I am writing to commend to you the presentation, products, crew and workmanship of our recently-completed home window replacement project by Wonder Windows. We were originally referred to you by our neighbors at Silver Lake, NY, Patrick & Julie Bausch, 4112 Lakeside Ave., Silver Lake, NY 14549, on whose home you did a window replacement project, a few years ago. First, let me say that your Sales Representative, Michael Whaley, was very thorough in his demonstration and explanation of the features of the OKNA windows. From the beginning of his presentation, we were impressed with his understanding of the product, thorough discussion of its operation, and we were very pleased when he got to the price for our project. We are also very pleased with the products; triple-pane windows by OKNA, replacement shutters, replacement gable vents and replacement rear entry door. We are already appreciating the heat-deflecting effect of the low-E glass in the window units. The “new” appearance of our home, at each window, is pleasing, and it blends in well with our existing exterior siding and trim and our interior paint schemes. Most importantly, however, I want to take this opportunity to say that we were extremely impressed with your crew, Bill Sr. & Bill Jr. Quagiata, assisted on one day by Scotty & Paul. The Quagliatas were very professional; on-time, careful and thorough in their work and very accommodating to our questions and concerns, throughout the project. They were all meticulous in their workmanship, especially when some of the prescribed (20+) openings in our thirty-seven year old home had deteriorated, or weren’t quite “square”. Each of these very competent professionals went out of his way to ensure that everything was done perfectly. Throughout the four-day job, it seemed to us that were they handling our project as they might if they were actually working on their own homes. "Everyone I dealt with was professional, polite and treated me like a valued customer. The Salesman, David, was thorough in explaining the product the company offers for my project. Bill coordinated the final measurements and the installation crew. I was not expecting the work to be done until early November. It was done October 21, 2020, weeks early. The installation crew, Ivan and Vito, were clean, professional and installed my six windows in a half day (replacing original windows from 1937 when the house was built). They were very careful of my outdoor plants and interior belongings. They thoroughly cleaned up and replaced the blinds hardware they had to remove to do the job. You'd be hard pressed to know they were even there. They were professional and true craftsmen. I cannot be happier with the quality of the windows or the service provided by ProEdge Remodeling by Custom Built. They are worth every penny I paid and they look so natural. "We had a great experience working with C. Michael Exteriors. We enjoyed our first meeting learning about the differences in window panes, as well as glass quality. We had all the windows in our house replaced and the entire project took less than a day. The crew worked well and overall we are VERY pleased with our new windows. They even added new trim around the windows to make our home look fresh and clean. The new windows give our house the added outside touch that was needed. Also, they open and close so smoothly and are very easy to clean, which was something I was really looking forward to. Lastly, we had a few scuff marks left after the initial install that I was unable to get off myself. We called C. Michael Exteriors and they sent someone to come and take a look right away. He was very kind and removed all the marks from the window frames, and even went around to check every other window while he was here.
