When I contacted Chris he came to my home the very same day to give me a firm estimate so that I could budget for this repair before winter. His estimate was fair and complete. He was very friendly and personable but what impressed me most was how thorough he was in explaining how he would repair the cupola. I could not believe how carefully and quickly they worked as a team to get this job done. I am so relieved that this part of my roof is repaired.
