We apply Spray Foam Insulation to reduce heating and cooling costs for the customer. We also raise and level concrete by drilling 5/8" holes through the slab and injecting Polyurethane Foam under the slab to fill the voids and lift it.

We are a full service hardscape and excavation company serving the greater Syracuse area for over 15 years. We specialize in patios, walkways, retaining walls, drainage, grading, ponds, land clearing, and site work. We also offer landscape renovation, decks, garden ponds, outdoor lighting, and masonry.

"Jon met with us to go over our wish list, sent an estimate a few days later, and then did everything we needed done in one day- removing a large tree from a precarious area, removing multiple overgrown plantings from our front and side yards, relocating several bushes, and replacing the stone on our driveway and all walkways. He was very responsive to emails and text messages and is very professional. We also use Landscapes Etc for snow removal and they do a great job every winter."

Concrete Leveling questions, answered by experts

The prevention steps are essentially the same, no matter the patio material. Keep the surface clean and maintained. Ensure there's no debris buildup, and cover the whole thing in a quality sealant. If it's the start of a season or it's been a while since you've cleaned the area, use a pressure washer.

Yes, you can remove oil stains from your driveway by applying an absorbent material such as baking soda, sawdust, or cat litter, pouring on a liquid detergent such as dish soap, scrubbing the area, and rinsing with water. You can also use a diluted bleach solution, white vinegar, or TSP solution on concrete.

There are many options when it comes to driveway materials, including concrete, asphalt, gravel, and pavers. The best type of driveway material depends on your personal preference, location, and budget. Concrete is one of the most durable driveway materials, making it a popular option for homes across the country. However, it does cost more than asphalt upfront. Still, asphalt repair costs can quickly add up, making it a less economical option in the long run.

Concrete log siding is not the same as fiber cement siding. Fiber cement siding is made from a mixture of cement and cellulose fibers, while GFRC is made from cement, glass fibers, and polymers. The materials are similar in their durability, longevity, and curb appeal, and the main difference is that concrete log siding is available in more styles that resemble traditional log siding. Fiber cement is also less expensive, with materials costing around half what you’d pay for concrete log siding.

No, wet concrete will not bond to dry concrete without an additional bonding agent. The common alternative is adding a sand or gravel layer under a concrete slab to enhance bonding and create a stable foundation. The right choice depends on the height and thickness of your two slabs, local laws, and the use of the specific concrete slab.
