Paintworx Collision Center

My driver mirror was broken and the plastic was cracked on the outside. It couldn’t be fixed, only to be replaced and painted. Brought in my car at 8:30 am to the Paintworx and the work was done by noon the same day. The new mirror is much clear than the other passenger side one. The paint was done professionally, can’t even tell the difference between the original color of the car and the mirror color. It’s perfect! The price is reasonable! Will definitely do business with Paintworx again and will recommend it to my friends and family!

This place are a bunch of butchers period. Had my truck for 9 days, looked no better than when I dropped it off. Actually I can say it looked worse because I had more scratches in my paint than before I left it there. They charged the insurance company for parts and paint that were never done, nothing on my truck was correct or professionally done. I have made several requests for parts invoices in which they are required to supply me with no response at all! Please learn from my mistake with this unprofessional " collision center", they should be embarrassed to call themselves experts of any kind.

Paintworx staff were very courteous and professional, explaining the work to be done in detail and were eager to ensure that I would be completely satisfied with their work. They surpassed the other body shops I visited by far. I was phoned when my car was ready for pick-up -- exactly when promised. The car had just been washed and detailed inside to remove any dust that may have been created during the repair. Wow! Most important: first rate work that was reasonably priced! I am very, very pleased with the service I received.

Horrible outcomes. When I got there the first evening car #1 wasn't even started. They had to keep one other car for an extended period of time. Worse part, they did a horrible job. Wheels weren't clean and shined. Windows were dirty EVERY TIME! Had to point out things every time I picked it up like it wasn't their profession or something. By the time I got to the last car I gave up. Picked it up and didn't say anything.

Paintworx staff went to work immediately. Working with both insurance companies so my repairs could be done quickly. They arranged for a rental. The job was amazingly great, exceptional work, wonderful staff and service.
