The contract we signed was very good in terms of price and conditions.  Talking with them on the phone is pleasant and easy.  They only salted our street when we asked them to, which was great.  The problem is when they plow our driveways, they gouge the pavement.  My driveway was newly installed last year, and even though it was plowed only 4 or 5 times this winter, at the bottom there are 6 gouges and several other scrapes.  This amount of damage, for plowing that required about 10 minutes over the course of the winter, is unacceptable.

Very well, they did a great job.

Rob Griffith talked to us about the project and promised an estimate by the following Monday. Now Friday and no estimate and no contact whatsoever, including not returning two messages. His assistant on Monday, 8/8/25/2014 said he was working on it.

Estimate was clear and professionally managed. Crew arrived on the specified date and went right to work. They did an excellent job and were very pleasant. Crew left me with printed instructions on how to treat the new pavement. Result: an excellent job!

Service and product were tremendous. His follow up after the job was great. I'm looking for work from him again. I've also referred him to people. I can't say enough about him, he was terrific.

I didn t feel like Bedford Paving was just taking my money and running. The estimate I got from them during the fall was the price they stuck to, even though the cost of things had risen. The driveway looks great.
