400 The job initially was done well and it looked beautiful. The limestone and the versalok steps have maintained their quality and durability well. However, we have had major problems after 2 winters with the stamped concrete. After the first winter, we observed several areas where it broke up...
Distinctive Stone & Concreteeverything went fine. They came when they said they would, completed the repairs & left. You'd never know they had to remove (and replace) sand. The area was left clean.
Quote/contract included all areas to be prepared as needed including sanding, priming, patching, caulking ect... Walls were suppose to get 2 complete coats (kitchen only got 1 and in some places NONE! However...Most of the trim was never sanded at all. Fireplace and stairway railing were...
Good experience all around. Very prompt delivery, great price, good communication, fast action on a minor correction (initial delivery was slightly light, supplier brought in the balance of the wood the next morning). The wood was clean, well seasoned, delivered where requested.
