Dishonest and poor workmanship. Pat installed a liner and did some plumbing replacement. The liner was not correct and did not fit right in the corners and the pool bottom was not finished properly even though he charged us extra for bottom repair. The plumbing was installed incorrectly and had to be re-done. I would never use this company again. Pat refused to address our concerns and made belittling comments about me when he thought I couldn't hear him. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

They were as good as they were last year. Showed up when scheduled & fixed our liner that was coming down in 2-3 places. We didn’t shop around for prices so not sure how they compare to others.

everything went fine. They came when they said they would, completed the repairs & left. You'd never know they had to remove (and replace) sand. The area was left clean.

I contacted this company based on the reviews of Angie's List and COULD NOT BE HAPPIER w/ the quality of the service, the friendliness of the staff & the efficiency of the whole process. I cannot more strongly urge anyone who's looking for fantastic service at an equally fantastic price to call The Pool Surgeons!!! I will definitely be using them repeatedly!

The two gentlemen that did the work were punctual, friendly, efficient  and neat.

I have dogs, so I requested that the discharge water be pumped outside of the yard, and they were very accomodating about that. They were busy, so getting them to pool took about a week after my call, but they did stay in good touch. In the past I've had companies dump the vacuum waste in my yard - which included dead animals for my dogs to eat/roll in. The Pool Surgeons were very meticulous in this regard, and it made this dog owner very happy!

Everything from the very beginning of the transaction was fantastic. From the time they came to give me the estimate, he told me when he would be back with the product and everything was exactly what he promised and what he told me. He came out with his crew and installed it and it is absolutely perfect. I thought he was a bit pricey but in a long run it was worth it.
