I have over 20 years of experience in Upholstery Service. Our management and staff have vast knowledge and experience in the furnishings industry. NY based business; here at One Final Touch Furniture we offer quality furniture restoration, custom furniture, and home improvement. We pick up furniture to repair in our shop.
"Unprofessional. A complete and total disappointment. Mike was supposed to stain and match my cabinet finish and the color was way off, and he kept trying to convince me that the colors matched. Mike didn't arrive prepared with any tools or material, not even a screwdriver! Mike argued with his assistant the whole time. Mike and assistant went on a 3 hour lunch break, and ended up working on my cabinets until 9am, and didn't finish!! Mike returned alone the following day, I shared that I was unhappy with the quality of the work, he hung my cabinets, and did not properly secure then to the beams, and I could not put anything in the cabinets. I shared with him that the project was not satisfactory and he stated "when women start to complain, I have to leave, I can't listen to women complain". I had to pay another contractor to come in an take down the cabinets and re-install them securely. See the picture posted. The 2 long middle wall cabinets are lighter than the rest of the cabinets, they stand out. Don't hire this person, it's not worth it."

We are not able to stitch seams, color or repair leather! We can bring the fabrics, vinyl or leather to you and can provide you decorating assistance with your re-upholstery, window and drapery projects! We design and make custom draperies and custom window treatments including all types of blinds, shades and shutters as we are Graber, Hunter Douglas and Alta distributors. We do all our own window and drapery installations as we provide all the hardware and rods. We do not install customers own window treatments or hardwear. While it took so time?we originally contacted Eli after we saw the issue with the loveseat, awaiting phone calls that weren't returned, so on 3/20 I made one last attempt for a response, nothing. Following multiple bad reviews on Yelp, Angie's List and Home Advisor and contacting my credit card company, we finally heard from Eli on 3/27. He made an appointment, picked up the loveseat and completed the repairs in a short time; we were invited to take a look at his shop for approval. The loveseat was delivered the day after. So far, so good. The seat is much firmer than the original delivery which I'm still puzzled about. Just make sure you're satisfied when your delivery is made as it just might take quite a bit of time for them to make it right."
